About our online shop
Online shopping is safe and easy. When you see what you want to order just click on the ADD button. The item will be added to your shopping basket and you will see a confirmation screen where you can alter the quantity ordered (with an option to cancel it) and see the rest of your order. From here you can click on Checkout to complete the transaction. It is as simple as that!
Order Acknowledgement
We will send you an automatic acknowledgement of your order immediately. Most goods will normally be shipped within 48 hours. If there is any delay in completing your order we will send you an email giving details within 72 hours. Please allow five working days for delivery, longer at peak mailing times such as Christmas. We shall be closed from the 22nd December through to the 3rd January, all orders placed during that period will be processed upon our return as quickly as we can.
Payment
Pay by credit card, cheque or company account.
Credit and Debit cards are processed using a secure (SSL - Secure Sockers Layer) server. If you prefer, you can telephone your credit card details to the sales team separately. Please add a note to the message section of the checkout screen confirming this and quote your order reference when calling us. Unfortunately we are unable to accept American Express at present.
Cheque Simply print out the final order screen from 'View Shopping Basket' and send it to us by post with your cheque at the address shown on the contact screen. Please make cheque's payable to "Cambridge Printers Ltd" and crossed account payee. Please write your address on the reverse of the cheque.
On Account:If you have previously opened an account with us simply quote the number in the ordering screen. If you would like to open an account please contact us.
Privacy
We never sell or pass on any of the names that we hold in our database. Ever. We may contact you very occasionally with offers or reminders to renew your organiser inserts. If you do not wish to be notified in this way please let us know beforehand or opt out of the e-mails using the "unsubscribe" option.
VAT
Prices shown alongside products exclude VAT. To see the total cost with VAT added please click on 'View Shopping Basket'. The VAT figures shown on the checkout screen and on our automated email confirmation are those applicable to UK deliveries and are charged at 17.5%, excluding books and maps. For orders to delivery outside the UK the actual cost will be confirmed by email before despatch.
If you are a company within the EU outside the UK and are registered for VAT please let us have your registration number on the checkout screen and VAT will not be charged.
