International Delivery Charges
International shipping is charged at cost.
Our web site shows the approximate cost for shipping to most parts of the world. When entering your order click on the drop down list to select your shipping zone and then click on Recalculate to see the cost and whether VAT is chargeable for your region.
For orders outside the EU and all orders over 20kg we will confirm the actual shipping cost by email prior to despatch.
International consignments
Larger International orders to EU countries are sent by road using a three day service.
Smaller International orders to EU countries and orders outside the EU are usually sent by Air Parcel Post and are 3 - 5 days in transit. Express International Service is available on request, at cost.
Status information available:
Confirmation of despatch or proposed despatch date. Online tracking from point of collection to point of export. Local delivery status information varies with country.
