After printing you tear along the perforations and drop the page directly into your binder, making it a quick and simple method for transfering information from your PC to your binder.

It can be used in conjunction with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel or with Lotus Notes or ay other software that lets you set the page size for printing.
