Tracking Your Order
Where is your order? Did we receive it? Has it left yet?
As soon as we receive your order on our web site we send you an automated response email confirming the details of the order. If you do not receive this within a few minutes of placing the order then check to make sure that we have the right email address before checking with the sales desk.
Online order tracking is available for most orders. We use three methods to despatch goods:
Smaller UK consignments Status information available:
Confirmation of despatch and date of posting. Phone the sales desk or email us at sales@ipps.co.uk to request latest information.
Larger UK consignments Status information available:
Confirmation of despatch or proposed despatch date. Online tracking from point of collection to point of delivery. Online proof of delivery. Phone the sales desk or to request latest information.
International consignments Status information available:
Confirmation of despatch or proposed despatch date. Online tracking from point of collection to point of export. Local delivery status information varies with country.
